Speed-to-Lead
See how fast every lead source actually gets answered.
Time-to-first-response per source, with p50 and p95 latency, green/amber/red SLA buckets, and drill-down to the calls that ran slow. Industry data says under-5-minute response lifts conversion ~9× — we make sure you can prove it.

Three numbers that tell the truth
Most response-time dashboards report a single average and call it done. Average hides the long tail — the slow leads that kill conversion. Stellar reports percentiles and bucket distribution so you can see both the typical experience and the worst-case one.
Median (p50)
Half of leads were answered faster than this. The honest number to put in your marketing.
95th percentile
Only 5% of leads waited longer. The number that matters when you're asking why a campaign feels slow.
SLA buckets
Green <60s, amber <5m, red ≥5m. Industry data: under-5-minute response lifts conversion ~9× vs under-30-minute.
Sources covered
Every way a lead reaches Stellar
Every call_jobs row carries the source it came from. The dashboard groups by source automatically — no setup, no tagging. Adding a new integration adds a new source bucket.

Server-side aggregation, no fudging
Percentiles are computed in Postgres with PERCENTILE_CONT over the actual sample — no bucket-averaging, no composite tricks. The latency we report is calls.started_at - call_jobs.created_at: the wall-clock seconds between “a lead arrived in our system” and “the call started ringing.” Documented and consistent.
Stop guessing how fast you respond.
